THE STORAGE BAG

I use a Lowepro bag. Its a messenger style bag that allows for easy access to the camera. I can also bring it around to the front when I'm travelling and keep it safe. 

The bag is specially styled and comes with a foamed section to cushion the camera and lens.

It also has extra pockets for the accessories like filters, usb cables and even keys, passport, tickets etc.

The best part? It doesn't look like a camera bag so the pickpockets won't have their eye on it. And trust me that's a good thing, you don't want to be worried when you're walking around looking for inspiration!

It helps to make notes if I see something that I might want to take pictures of at a later date. 

 

EXTRA MEMORY CARDS

Always a necessity in case you run out of memory. I can't count the number of times I wanted to click a picture and the SD card had no more space, the most recent being my trip to NYC. Oh boy the frustration when you have all those sights just begging to be captured on film!
